Already received an invitation? Use its private app link, then follow this guide. Still waiting? Request beta access.
This is an early web-app beta, not an App Store download.
Start small. Use real storage.
Use the private invitation email to activate your account and set a password. Then create your own household, or join one you were invited to. Already registered? Use your saved app link and choose Sign In or Forgot Password.
Try 3–5 totes with a few ordinary items in each for one week. Avoid sensitive information and keep another record of anything important while testing. Use an internet connection; don’t assume offline edits are supported.

What to try
- Add tote names, broad locations, and several items.
- Add a Reference Photo of a tote or its contents and a separate Location Photo of its exact spot.
- Check the photo preview before saving. Reopen the tote and swipe between both photos.
- Search for an item, edit it, and check its tote/counts.
- Close the app and return the next day. Check your inventory and photos remain.
- If you have a Stowvero QR label, scan it; labels are optional.
- If practical, invite another account to your household and check shared inventory.
Only test deletion with a disposable test item or tote.
The real-world test
A few days later, choose an item you entered. Without opening your totes first, use Stowvero to find it. Then check whether it really is there.
Did the app save you time? Was the exact-location photo helpful? What would make you keep using it?
